Real Examples of Our Work

Below are three real examples showing what we fix, what we flag, and the strategic guidance we provide. These represent the actual deliverables you’ll receive.

Example 1: ESL Developer Content

BEFORE:

"For connecting the sensors with gateway device, you must be configuring
the communication protocol properly. The sensor will send data to gateway
when interval time is reached."

AFTER:

"To connect sensors to the gateway device, configure the communication
protocol first. The sensor sends data to the gateway at specified intervals."

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • Grammar: “For connecting” → “To connect”
  • Grammar: “you must be configuring” → “configure”
  • Clarity: “interval time is reached” → “specified intervals”
  • Flow and readability improvements

Example 2: AI Content with Strategic Comments

BEFORE:

"Our platform leverages cutting-edge AI algorithms to provide comprehensive
real-time analytics that enable data-driven decision making."

AFTER (with comments):

"Our platform [COMMENT: "leverages cutting-edge AI algorithms" - specify
the actual technology: machine learning models? neural networks?] provides
[COMMENT: "comprehensive" is vague - list specific analytics included]
real-time analytics [COMMENT: define "real-time" - what's your actual
latency? <100ms? <1 second?] that enable data-driven decisions [COMMENT:
add concrete example of a decision customers make]."

WHAT WE DID:

  • Removed robotic “leverages” and “cutting-edge”
  • Flagged 4 vague claims that need client specifics
  • Showed the specific questions you ask

RESULT: Client knows exactly what information to provide to make this credible.

Example 3: Generic Positioning

BEFORE:

"XYZ Platform is the leading solution for modern enterprises seeking
innovative ways to transform their digital infrastructure."

AFTER (with strategic comment):

[COMMENT: This positioning is too generic and applies to 100+ competitors.
What specifically do you do that others don't? Consider: What problem do
you solve? For whom? How is your approach different? Example: Instead of
"leading solution for modern enterprises" → "XYZ Platform reduces cloud
migration time from 6 months to 3 weeks for mid-market SaaS companies."]

WHAT WE FLAGGED:

  • Identified weak, generic positioning
  • Explained why it’s weak
  • Suggested specific alternative approach
  • Left the fix to client (they know their differentiator)
